I work with my valued clientele to help them maintain the proper balance of juggling family, work, training, and other important life commitments. I assist them as they aim toward effective time management, while striving to meet their most important goals. Most clients are busy.  My coaching and training plans are designed with your other daily obligations in mind, so that you get the most out of both your life and your workouts. I take multiple factors into the construction of your training plan, including seemingly innocuous factors like stress levels, rest, psychological and physical health, and other variables which have less immediately obvious consequences on your results. I build individual plans based on your personal goals, your individual strengths, weaknesses, and physiological characteristics. With my training programs, you can achieve great fitness in just a very short amount of time.

He emphasizes that the coach-rider relationship is primarily a personal relationship and that the written training plan is less valuable without the interaction between the coach and athlete. This means no bad habits get over looked. His coaching services for cycling and multisport athletes are to provide for both the recreational and competitive athletes, from beginner to elite.  While incorporating in cross training and resistance training through weights during the off season is an important component of his programs.

Coach Comments (Will): Stoffel is completely and utterly driven hard. He impresses me with his willingness to face new challenges and push his body and mind to the limits and beyond.  He is a USCF Category 4 racer and will surly upgrade to Category 3 expert level very soon. We worked very hard on his power and top end speed to perfect his winning determination. In addition, we have changed his nutrition and how to train in a microcycle without tiring.
